Have you ever ridden a horse?
You know that it will turn when you move the reins from side to side.
It will go faster as you give it a kick with your heels.
It will slow or stop when you pull back on the reins and say WOAH!
What happens if the HORSE wants to go somewhere else?

So you see, it doesn’t always matter where the rider wants to go, if the horse isn’t in agreement, and our minds are much the same.
If our conscious mind and our subconscious or unconscious minds aren’t in alignment, we won’t achieve what we say we want. We’re only thinking those thoughts on a conscious level and the majority of our thoughts, feelings and actions are controlled by our programming on a subconscious level.
We need to learn how to bring our subconscious around into alignment with what we want, and the best way to do that is with our inputs.

- Listen to an inspiring audio every day. Ideally do this first thing in the morning when you first wake up, and last thing at night before you fall asleep. If you need suggestions for audios, this is what I listen to.
- Turn off all sources of negativity. No news, no TV, no radio, no newspapers. Eliminate all sources of negativity possible.
- Read daily. Read something that will help you become a better person. It can be on health, wealth, relationships, whatever subject interests you most, as long as it’s positive and helping you become a better version of yourself.
