Start Your Week Strong

I just finished back to back mastermind calls on a Sunday evening.

Doing brainstorming and planning on Sunday evening is a key component for starting your week strong.

I’m not saying you have to be on webinars or mastermind calls like I am, but I do get great value from doing it.

Starting your week strong can be accomplished in a number of ways, and a key to that is what you do Sunday night to plan your week.

Do you set some goals, plan some tasks, make some to-do lists or stop doing lists (these are actually very important).

If you’re not into goal setting or planning, do you spend some quiet time letting your mind recharge.

Do you read or meditate, or write in your journal.

I wouldn’t encourage zoning out in front of a TV, but you could watch an inspirational video or a great documentary that primes your mind for new ways of thinking.

I also find it’s important for me to get a good night’s sleep on Sunday, otherwise the whole week seems to be off track.

It’s late now as I’m writing this at 10:15pm, but I still intend to be in bed by 11 to ensure I get good sleep.
