I started on my journey to becoming a master of manifestation almost 8 years ago now when I first heard about a little documentary that swept the globe.
I still remember the day I first learned about The Secret.
For some reason we were in our living room and the TV was on. Strange, I know, because we haven’t watched TV much for a decade or more. It was shortly after my son was born, and the Ellen show was on.
Two guys I had never heard of were her guests and they started talking about this new film they were in called The Secret.
Although I had never heard of it, the things they were talking about really got my attention. (here’s part of that episode)
I’ve always been a believer that we get what we expect. People who fear the worst, often experience it, and the opposite is also true.
In fact, it was something my wife and I talked about often…
Mostly because we were raised in very different environments. I can remember from a young age being told that if I didn’t have anything nice to say, not to say anything at all. I’ve also heard from a number of people that my Mom is the most positive person they know, and that she always sees the positive in every situation.
My wife’s family on the other hand lived through some very challenging times. Her parents immigrated to Canada just before she was born and didn’t speak a word of English. Finding work was hard, and they had many challenges to overcome. Whether it’s a cultural thing, or just a product of their experiences, their outlook is much more of a cautious nature. Almost to the point where looking for what could go wrong in a situation is the default.
As you can imagine, having these 2 paradigms programmed into us from a young age left us both with opposite outlooks on life.
Maybe that’s why we make such a great couple and team. I’m always the eternal optimist with my head in the clouds, and she’s my anchor that points out the potential dangers and brings me back to earth.
Either way, the conversation on that episode of Ellen that day got my attention.
Her two guests I now know were John Assaraf and Bob Proctor. Two of my biggest mentors. Prior to that day, I had never even heard of them though.
What they talked about was how we create our own realities through our thoughts.
A concept I knew intuitively, but had never heard anyone else express in such a clear way.
That day started me on a path of discovery.
The next day I started searching online to find out who those guys were and what that movie was that they were talking about.
That search led me to finding The Secret DVD and I ordered a copy right away.
The day it arrived I took it to work with me and started watching it on my lunch break on my computer.
I was totally enthralled…
I didn’t want to stop watching it when my lunch break was over.
I couldn’t wait to bring it home and show it to my wife.
And ever since, I’ve been a student of personal development, the law of attraction, quantum physics, and secrets of success.
What is it that differentiates the successful few from the majority of the population.
Today, I’m watching the livestream of a private mastermind with about 50 six and seven figure earners sharing their secrets of success.
In this morning’s session, one of the top NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) practitioners and hypnotists in America taught a session on what he calls the 3 Levels Of Creation.
Essentially it was taking what was taught in The Secret (which is level 1) and expanding on it.
Everyone wants to know how to be more successful, but very few people take it beyond the first level.
Here Are The 3 Levels Of Creation And How To Become A Master Of Manifestation
Create With Your Mind
This is the level that The Secret seemed to focus on almost exclusively. In the film there was a heavy focus on how “thoughts become things” and that by thinking about what we wanted in our lives we would attract it to us. This is the first step in becoming a master of manifestation, but not the whole process. Even this level can be broken down into 3 stages.
a) Decide – Get absolutely clear on what it is you want to manifest. Vague intentions create vague results
b) Blueprinting – No building ever gets built without a blueprint, and your goals should be no different. You don’t need to know 100% of all the details, but start to map out what you intend to manifest.
c) Imagination – Now that you’re clear on what you want to create, and have a general blueprint of the steps to manifest it, spend time daily imagining it as already accomplished. See yourself already Being, Doing or Having the end result.
Create With Your Voice
In this level you want to begin to use your voice to speak your world into existence. Vocalizing this vision is a powerful exercise. It takes your mental pictures and translates them into energy and sound waves. You’re moving that vision from internally just in your own mind out into the world. Again, this level occurs in a couple of stages.
a) Privately – This is you speaking your vision to yourself. It can be done in front of your mirror while you look into your own eyes. It can be done in front of your vision board, in your car while you’re driving or any other time you can express your desires in a loud and powerful voice without disturbing anyone else, or being afraid of ridicule from others.
b) Publicly – This is where you begin to share your vision with others. Begin with the people who will support and encourage you to manifest your dreams. Speak your vision powerfully and with conviction and you’ll draw a following who either shares your vision and wants to get on board, or who believes in your vision and wants to help you achieve it.
Create With Your Hands
Thinking about and speaking about your vision are both powerful and necessary steps to becoming a master of manifestation, but this final level is where the rubber hits the road. If you’re not taking action towards making your dream a reality, it’s not going to happen. This is the stage where you’ve got to make things happen. Daily consistent action towards your goals is the key to bringing them to life. Here are the 2 stages to creating with your hands.
a) Take Focused Action – Having a clear vision will make it easier to take steps towards it every day. As Martin Luther King Jr. said:

b) Organize Teams – As much as this is your dream, you still won’t achieve it all on your own. Surrounding yourself with people who share your vision and/or support you in creating it is essential. There’s no such thing as a self made success.
Now you know all the steps to becoming a master of manifestation.
Put these lessons into practice in your own life, and before you know it, you too can become a master of manifestation!
