How many times have you reached your destination when you’re driving somewhere and suddenly realized you don’t remember much or any of the journey. You were daydreaming and lost in thought, and your subconscious took over and helped you get where you were going.
When was the last time you consciously thought about your breathing or your heart beating?
I’m guessing you do that rarely, if ever.
Do you consciously think about digesting your food (unless that fast food meal is sitting like a rock or turning over in your stomach)?
Your subconscious mind is your body’s operating system, and one of the primary reasons you’re not getting the results you want is because that operating system was programmed primarily while you were a toddler.
